Mission: Help the COmmunity of San Diego in ANy Way

Community Cares San Diego is a community service organization based in San Diego, CA that strives to help the community of San Diego. Some ways that we have helped the community is by bringing food to hospitals, as well as donating bread to homeless shelters.

What does CCSD DO?

Community Cares San Diego works on various projects in the San Diego County. Currently, we are working with Panera Bread, and donating food to different homeless shelters across San Diego County. Previously, we have brought pastries and bagels to a total of 10 hospitals across San Diego.

Our Goals

So far, Community Cares San Diego has made 77 trips to different homeless shelters in San Diego. On each trip, we have donated approximately 50 pounds of bread. This accumulates to a total of 3850 pounds of bread. Our goal is to donate 5000 pounds of bread by the end of 2021.
